"well IMO i think that ayane is the most dominating character
in the game."
She can be (check out how I think about the character balance of DOA3
in the "most balanced character" THREAD)
But I think there some improvements to your gameplaying strategy that
you can use to make here even more kick-ass:
"she has so many mixup combos that hit at different places that
its so hard to counter and sometimes block"
I think many Ayane players play that way... but it can be defeated
by defensive play - her recovery time for her finishers are VERY long.
Instead of trying to counter (and guessing 3 levels), a person could
block (and therefore only guess on 2 levels), and even then, the low
"trip" hits in DOA give minimal damage. So if one isn't
sure, then a standing block is always a safe bet, and just exploit
the bad recovery she has.
"also that spin kick she has is too powerful."
That's exactly what I'm talking about. If someone counters it - Ayane
is pretty safe (since the move is only dodged), and if they guess
wrong, it IS powerful.
But did you ever get that blocked? Because AYANE PAYS BIG TIME if
it is. The problem is that it doesn't link from any auto-combo. If
she did, that would surely make her the devil. But she doesn't. Therefore,
that move can be a strength - but a weakness as well.
"then she has that one
throw that gets a human opponent like 90% of the time (up f+p)"
I used to use this a lot, but my friends caught on, and are very wary
of the move. Nowadays, it's pretty much USELESS.
The key to defeating
it is simply being prepared to duck. That's it. If ducked, again,
the horrible recovery means Ayane pays BIG TIME. It would
be different if Ayane flew over and behind her opponent if her opponent
ducks, but instead, she lands RIGHT IN FRONT of them! Therefore, that
move can be a strength (at first), but in my neighbourhood, it's really
not that dominant.
Not trying to put her down or anything, as she does kick butt (I love
using her too). But she does have some glaring weaknesses:
1) the aforementioned recovery lag that she has with all her best
moves
2) and the fact she turns her back with almost every single punch.
It's because of (2) that I usually play the distance game against
Ayane - if you "out-prioritize" her whenever she attacks
she is TOO prone to being launched or stunned (with the characters
that have the super
priority "hop kick" u/f+K, like Jann Lee, Lei Fang, Ein,
Hayate, etc). We always try to out-hit (counter-hit) her
moves, and as a result, she spends LOTS of time in the air - being
juggled.
The solution to all this? Use her speed to THROW a lot. Do what you
normally do now, and get them to try to counter-hold Ayane. Heck,
don't even mix-up your combo strings if that better "conditions"
them to counter-hold too much. Once they start to fear your combos,
and start trying to counter-hold you all the time, start to OMIT
the combo "finisher" and start dashing in with the throws.
You'll get High-counter-throws
regularly, which are more powerful than any other single-move that
Ayane has (or anyone has, for that matter).

Actully looking like a turtler might help with Ayane,
If all depends if she still has one throw but this might help:
1) try backing your self up to a window or whatever you can use your
opponent against.
2) Ususally some might attack (or go for a throw..so be careful) and
as soon as their done or when you feel like it..preform her
B+throw
(the one where she swings under the other persons legs,
thus getting behind them) and nail them with a spiral kick or some
combo thats gonna send them flying!

OH..and remember to watch the expression on their face ^_^ Ayane's
all about risk!
